Products and production
All products sold on SHALMIAK.shop are produced on demand. This means that items are created only after the order has been placed.
Because products are made to order, production typically takes approximately 1–2 weeks.
Shipping and delivery
Products are shipped directly from our production partners to reduce unnecessary transportation.
Orders may be shipped from Croatia, Latvia, Spain, or other countries within the European Union.

Fabrics: €14 per order
Most other products: Free shipping
Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping provider.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control.

SHALMIAK.shop currently delivers to the following EU countries:

Right of withdrawal and returns
According to EU distance selling regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal:
Contact SHALMIAK.shop before returning the item.
The product must be returned in its original condition.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned items must be sent to the return address located in Finland.
